DIRECT TO CUSTOMER PRINT SERVICE
If you sell photographs via different platforms such as eBay, Amazon or even your own website and you're looking for a reliable partner who are able to streamline and speedup your ordering and delivery process, then look no further! JGPrints is here to help!
Here at JGPrints we offer a full 'direct to customer' printing and delivery service, taking the time and hassle out of packaging and posting your customer orders. Our postage and packing rates are low and tiered (depending on volume), allowing you to still retain an excellent profit margin on your products without the need to hold stock and packaging materials.
Here's how it works :
1. Go to the 'Photo Prints>Order Prints' Tab
2. Simply upload each individual customer order to our website, making sure to select the appropriate size, finish and quantity required for each photo/gift.
3. Edit/Crop the image where necessary by clicking each photo and hit save for each image that you are editing.
4. Confirm your delivery method by using the pulldown menu (this includes domestic(UK), European and International destinations) - tracked services will be added shortly.
5. Proceed to the checkout where you are asked to enter your name, address and email details.
6. To have the order shipped 'direct to your customer', enter their details into the 'Alternative delivery address' box.
7. Confirm these details and proceed to payment options where we can accept Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards.
8. Once your order has been placed, you will automatically receive an email confirmation of your order.
9. We will now print, package and ship your order 'direct to your customer' saving you both time and money.
We can also use your own return address and company logo (if available) on the address label at no extra charge (as pictured below for example) - please email these details including any logo files to our contact email address.
If you require any leaflets/flyers including with each order, we are happy to do this, but there is an additional upfront charge for this service per 1000 leaflets. More details on this extra service on request - please email us.
OUR PACKAGING
All orders are carefully printed and sealed inside film fronted bags and taped to cardboard sheets making sure they are in perfect condition before being packaged.
Orders of 40 photos or less, upto 8"x12" in size, are packaged inside strong card envelopes with additional card for protection where necessary. Larger order quantities are packaged inside strong boxes, including bubblewrap and corner protectors to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.
All orders of 11"x14" and larger, are usually rolled and shipped in strong cardboard tubes (depending on volume). Larger volume orders are wrapped in bubblewrap and placed flat inside boxes.
Any item other than a photo, is shipped inside a strong box with additional protection where necessary.
OUR SHIPPING SERVICES/RATES
We ship DAILY (Monday-Friday), and all items are shipped via 1st class Large Letter/Packet mail for UK orders, or by International Airmail for all other destinations. Tracked services are available on request, and these will be added to the website shortly. Large volume orders are shipped using a DHL next day insured/tracked service - this service is mandatory for large orders due to the weight limits with Royal Mail. Full tracking will be provided once your order is booked in for collection.
Our Post & Packaging rates are tiered depending on volume/size of item ordered. We offer a low rate of £2.00+VAT for 1-10 photos (upto 8"x12" in size). Larger items (11"x14" and beyond) are subject to a flatrate of £5.00+VAT for upto 10 items. Please note, postal rates also include the packaging materials used for each shipment and are subject to change without notice.
If a combination of different sizes are ordered, the highest postal rate will apply. For example, if an order comprises of 6x4 and 12x16, the postal rate for the 12x16 will be applied at checkout.
