What printing machines do you use?

We use state-of-the-art NORITSU digital minilabs.

What type of paper do you print on?

Our C-Type photos are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive Supreme professional photographic paper. If you require a different paper type, please contact us to discuss your needs before placing your order.

What is a C-Type Photograph?
C-Type photographs are traditional photos made in a darkroom using light sensitive photographic paper and chemicals using the chromogenic process. The light sensitive photo paper is exposed to an image using an enlarger bulb and then placed in chemical baths to expose and fix the image. Digital C-type photos are created using the same method, but instead of an enlarger bulb, the light sensitive photo paper is exposed using a laser. Once exposed, the photographic paper is then subjected to a number of photographic chemicals to produce a stunning, long lasting professional photograph.

What paper finishes do you offer?

We offer both GLOSS and LUSTRE (matte) finishes.

What sizes can you print?

We can print from 6"x4" upto 12"x36".

What if there's a size I need but you don't list it?

If you're looking for a specific size option and it's not already listed on our site, please message us and we'll see if we can add it for you.

What file format can I upload?

Please make sure your photo is saved as a JPG or PNG file.

Do I need to save my files a certain way?

To get the best results when printing, please make sure you save your file as 300dpi at the correct printing size required. If you require further information please contact us.

What colour profile should I use when saving images?

Please make sure you save your images as sRGB.

Do your photos have a backprint on them?

We do not print photos with a backprint, but if required we can add this for you - please email before ordering.

What is your minimum order?

We do not have any minimum orders.

How quickly do you ship orders?

If your order is received before 2pm on a weekday, we can usually ship the same day or the next business day (longer for larger volume orders). If your order is urgent, please mention this when ordering and we'll do our best to make sure it ships asap.

What delivery options do you offer?

We ship all orders via First Class Royal Mail or Courier (DHL).

What are your postage and packing costs?

We believe that postage/packing costs should actually just be that. So we've tiered our postage charges depending the volume/size of photos ordered. Prices start from just £2.00+VAT for upto 10 photos! If you require more information, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

How do you package orders?

We carefully package all orders in strong card envelopes, tubes or boxes where necessary.

Can you ship our orders direct to my customer?

Yes, we can. Please enter the address you'd like your order shipping to in the 'comments/notes' box on the checkout and we'll make sure your order ships directly to this address. If you have any questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes! We ship worldwide. For standard orders, prices are listed on the site in the delivery options. For larger volume orders, please contact us for delivery quotes.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or never arrives?

Although our packaging is strong and your order should arrive safely, sometimes items can get damaged or lost. If this occurs, please contact us so we can deal with your query.

What are your opening times?

Although not open to the public, we are processing orders Monday - Friday 9am til 5pm.
